UAE, France Leaders Hold Talks on Boosting Ties

(MENAFN) Top officials from the United Arab Emirates and France convened Sunday in the Emirati capital to advance bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.

UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with French President Emmanuel Macron to explore deepening "historical and strategic relations" spanning economic development, investment initiatives, energy collaboration, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, and environmental sustainability, a state-run outlet confirmed.

Discussions unfolded at the Zayed National Museum, the agency reported.

Macron touched down in Abu Dhabi Sunday morning, launching a two-day working mission to the Gulf nation.

The UAE and France have formalized numerous accords and cooperative frameworks in recent years covering defense capabilities, commercial ties, cultural exchanges, and climate action—significantly elevating the partnership's operational depth between both nations.
